We do ship internationally but the customer pays the shipping costs which is calculated when you checkout. In many cases there are additional duties required by countries, such as Canada, which JuJu Jams cannot control. We do not have any way of anticipating what those potential fees could be and encourage you to check with the shipping service.

Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase and are usually shipped by UPS.

Items purchased from JuJu Jams online may be returned if they are unworn and unwashed, tags are still attached and within 30 days of purchase.

JuJu Jams purchased from a store carrying our line should be returned to them directly according to the store’s return policy.

Electronic gift cards are available for purchase online only, are delivered via email and can be redeemed on the JuJu Jams website. Electronic gift cards are final sale.
