Shipping policy

1. All orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise indicated.  We offer a flat rate fee for all orders as indicated unless your purchase qualifies for free shipping. Free shipping is offered to domestic orders (excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska) of $99.95+. 

2.  We do ship internationally.  The international shipping costs and taxes as communicated to us by our shipping service, are displayed at checkout and paid by the customer at that time. However, UPS will charge brokerage/duties as required by your country. JuJu Jams does not have any control over these charges and cannot anticipate what they will be. Learn more on the UPS website.

3.  All in-stock items will ship in 2-3 business days.

4.  Returns can be made in accordance with our Refund Policy using the prepaid shipping label which accompanied your order. We offer free returns on domestic orders (excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska).  Shipping on eligible returns on international orders must be paid by the customer.
