How many promo codes can you redeem per online order?

Just one! We offer a 20% off coupon code for first time customers valid on regular priced loungewear.  You can find the code by connecting with us on Messenger here.  If more than one code is entered at checkout, the only code that will be applied is the last promo code entered.  Many times our sales promotions don't require a coupon code and can be combined with our 20% off welcome coupon with regular priced items.

What is the JuJu Jams return policy?

We just want you to love it!  Items purchased from JuJu Jams online may be returned if they are unworn and unwashed, tags are still attached and within 30 days of purchase. 100% guaranteed. Final sale items are not eligible for return.  JuJu Jams purchased from a store carrying our line should be returned to them directly according to the store’s return policy.
